Being an early member of the Moises Garza websites, I found his research to be extremely valuable and worthwhile. Moises should be commended for his persistence and vigor in his studies. Organizing and presenting his “1st Annual We Are Cousins Virtual Conference” is a great achievement.

According to the DNA, he is a distant DNA cousin of my Uncle Antonio Esparza, on Antonio’s mother’s side, my step-grandmother. Some of my paternal Esparza ancestors originated from Aguascalientes and San Luis Potosi, Mexico.

Having a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Medicine Technology, my various work experiences caused me to go back to university to get my Master of Science in Geographical Information Systems and a Graduate Certificate in Historic Preservation. This created a great interest in geographical research related to history.

One of my geographical finds is located mostly in the Nuevo Leon region of Mexico. This is quite an amazing 35 mile radius geoglyph, made of mountains, mesas, and arroyos.
